FREE T-SHIRT SUNDAY!!

Everyone who attends this Sunday will get a FREE TSHIRT! (While supplies last.)

Help us out by filling out the form below for EVERYONE who will be attending with you. (You will want to fill out a form for each individual coming that day.) If you want your kiddos to get a shirt, you will need to fill out a form for them too. This will help us do our best to get the right amount of each size!!
